No Return or Refund Policy
At Haavv, we are committed to providing high-quality print-on-demand products tailored to your unique specifications. As each item is custom-made upon order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless they arrive damaged.
Exceptions to Our Policy
In the rare event that a product is damaged during transit, we will take full responsibility and make it right for you. To ensure prompt resolution, please follow these steps:
- Email Notification: Notify us via email at haavv.customerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your damaged item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and any relevant photos.
- Review Process: Upon receiving your email, we will review your request and, if accepted, provide you with a return label for the damaged item.
- Return and Inspection: Send the damaged item back to us using the provided return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you a refund.
- Reordering: After the refund is processed, you may reorder the item if you wish to receive a replacement.
